James Gardner recently competed at the Vantage Age Group National Championships, that were held in Waipukurau on the 17th – 19th of July 2020. James had a very successful weekend at the road nationals competing in both the Under 17 Boys 17KM Time Trail and the U17 Boys Road Race as a 15 year old. James achieved some outstanding results placing 2nd in the Time Trail out of a field of 38 riders with a time of 00:22:59.407, and placed 6th in the Road Race.
