Ben Mason, one of our second year athletes has had great 2019/2020 rowing season. last year during the 2019 season Ben raced in Tokyo in the New Zealand Junior men’s quad where they finished in 6th place. Due to the Covid – 19 pandemic Ben was unable to compete internationally during the 2020 season. However with still having some competition in New Zealand Ben placed 1st in the U20 double sculls, and placed 2nd in the U20 single sculls, as well 2nd in the U22’s quadruple sculls.
